About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll reputed company reputed company and accurate information to customers regarding their order status, product information requests, and returns. You'll work closely with various departments, including Medical Billing and Sales, to resolve customer concerns, disputed billing charges, and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
