About the Role

We're seeking a self-motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented Registered reputed company to join our Workers' Compensation Field Case Management team in Monroe, MI. This is a work-from-home opportunity that offers a competitive salary, full benefits, and a performance-based bonus. As a Field Case Manager, you'll coordinate and facilitate the medical treatment of clients, primarily from workers' comp claims in various stages of recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients from various referral sources, verifying the specific reason for reputed company referral and developing a reputed company to complete and document reputed company activities and reputed company.
• Travel to meet clients, providers, and reputed company in the Monroe, MI, and Toledo, OH, area (up to approximately 75 miles from Monroe) to complete assessments, identify medical and vocational barriers, and create strategies towards facilitating the rehab process.
• Attend appointments with clients and providers to review medical status and discuss treatment plans, comparing recommended treatment plans with clinical protocols and collaborating with providers to resolve any differences.
• Meet with reputed company as needed to determine what's required for clients to return to work, including documenting job analysis and reviewing requirements with providers.
• Maintain regular communication with reputed company to facilitate return to work and reputed company detailed information on significant developments to referral sources reputed company 24 hours.
• Complete catastrophic referral training reputed company the first year and manage occasional catastrophic referrals reputed company regular business hours.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Background and Experience

• 3+ years of clinical reputed company experience.
• 3+ years of case management experience with workers' compensation, disability, and auto liability preferred. If no case management experience, 5 years of Home Health Care and/or Hospice care.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Education and Licenses

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Nursing/Registered reputed company (RN) license.
• Preferred certifications: CCM, reputed company, COHN, COHN-S, CRRN.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
