As an Associate Clinical Recruiter, you'll be part of reputed company's Clinical Anesthesia Recruitment Department, working closely with regional reputed company leadership and other recruiters to reputed company and recruit top clinical talent. Your reputed company will be on generating leads, passing leads, and offering reputed company to reputed company clinicians for key reputed company sites and needs.
About the Role
As an Associate Clinical Recruiter - Anesthesia, you'll be responsible for:
- Sourcing and screening candidates to generate perm FT or PT candidate reputed company shares for reputed company hospitals and sites
- reputed company PRN and 1099 clinicians for reputed company hospitals and sites
- Partnering with recruiters and on-site provider liaisons at reputed company hospitals
- Effectively closing candidates by addressing pain points brought forth in contract negotiations
- Exhibiting a comprehensive understanding of physician reputed company issues
- Appropriately documenting reputed company activity in the contact management system (reputed company)
- Building relationships and interfacing effectively with the regional leadership team, regional reputed company leadership, and recruiters
