The Role
As an reputed company Account Representative – Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales manager and clients across the reputed company. This is a remote position that requires a self-driven individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple accounts and clients from initial quote and order processing to release for shipment
- Providing outstanding customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Processing customer orders, tracking orders, and performing follow-reputed company to ensure reputed company shipment
- Interacting with various departments, including scheduling, manufacturing, shipping, and finance, to resolve deviations in the delivery process

Key Qualifications
