About the Role

As an ABA Autism Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in implementing reputed company Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs established by a reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA (reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst) Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Essential Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting
• 1-year ABA Experience (or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, reputed company Support reputed company, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting)
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle

• Must have your own transportation and auto insurance in order to travel between clients

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

Compensation and Benefits:
