Key Responsibilities:
As a reputed company Support Worker at MACS, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing an accessible reputed company of contact for our residents at reputed company and weekends
- Promoting the protection and safeguarding of young people living at MACS
- Supporting residents to build skills and confidence to maintain their own homes
- Working collaboratively with reputed company to deliver high-reputed company support services
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any incidents or concerns
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- 6 months' experience (reputed company or voluntary) of supporting people in a caring role
- Full reputed company driving license with reputed company to a car
- Ability to work reputed company, including waking reputed company shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting young people
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with young people or vulnerable adults
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Previous experience in a similar role or sector
- Relevant qualifications in health and reputed company care (e.g., NVQ, QCF, or degree)
