We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join reputed company in the reputed company region. The successful candidate will have experience in payroll and reputed company processing, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of payroll and associated statutory labor laws required for payroll-reputed company calculations. The role involves payroll processing, compliance with relevant guidelines, and providing outstanding employee support on their queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll processing of assigned reputed company countries using a reputed company-party payroll company
- Weekly expenses are processed in-house through reputed company host-to-host fee
- Prepare, post payroll changes, new hires, and leavers for every entity to the payroll services reputed company through reputed company HCM
- Chargeable for reporting new hires/leavers' files to the payroll company in the reputed company, ensuring reputed company new hire paperwork complies
- Validation of payroll input against payroll reputed company-in and coordination with payroll carriers for required changes/corrections
- Coordinate with payroll companies on reputed company payout to personnel and statutory payments
- Carry out tasks associated with monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reporting and taxation

- Record, screen on monthly payroll price and reputed company purchase orders
- Report, reputed company on payroll services' settlement renewal date
- Work with Philippines and Singapore team members and follow global system alignment
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Management, or a reputed company field
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll and reputed company processing in a BPO or shared services environment
- Experience working in reputed company payroll, preferably in Korea, Australia, and India
- Excellent knowledge of payroll and associated statutory labor laws required for payroll-reputed company calculations
- Above-average use of reputed company Docs, Sheets, Gmail, reputed company reputed company and Word, and reputed company
- Language abilities - strong written and verbal communication in English
Preferred Qualifications:
