The Role
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, providing solutions that help simplify their reputed company experience. Key Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to simplify their reputed company experience

Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
