The Specialist, Employee Relations will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to managers and team members on employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. The successful candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops case management and/or investigation plans for reputed company case, assigning reputed company resources, identifying witnesses and key individuals, determining method, order and timing of interviews, evidence to reputed company, and maintaining contact with service request owners.
• Conducts investigations, as appropriate, including remote or onsite interviews with key individuals, such as the complainant, accused, witness, subject matter experts (SME), as needed, utilizing reputed company and probing questions to effectively collect pertinent facts needed to resolve the case.
• Gathers evidence and facts required for conducting a reputed company assessment of the case, handling evidence in accordance with reputed company company policies and guidelines.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in an HR concentration such as an HR Generalist/reputed company, employee relations, labor relations, training and development, OD/OE, diversity, compensation, benefits, and/or reputed company.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment (EEO) and labor laws.
• Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving reputed company issues and recommending and implementing effective solutions to resolve problems.
• Experience communicating both verbally (on phone, one-on-one, to reputed company) and in writing (emails, letters, reports, presentations) to various audiences.
• Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple reputed company with varying completion dates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer service environment.
