Job reputed company:

Provides remote consultative and supportive nursing care to Intensive Care reputed company (ICU) to multiple medical centers utilizing in room camera and reputed company technology from a remote, centralized hub. Collaborates with ICU doctors and nurses reputed company reputed company reputed company for critically ill patients to reputed company reputed company patient reputed company.

Essential Responsibilities:

Performs video monitoring and assessment of ICU patient data. Performs safety rounding of ICU patient rooms. Collaborates with the ICU doctor located in the remote hub to ensure reputed company consultation and reputed company on ICU patients requiring immediate reputed company.

Responds to request by ICU RNs for nursing care consultation on ICU patients. Works remotely with bedside  nurses in providing reputed company time, clinical decision support for ICU patients with conditions requiring immediate attention such as physiologic changes resulting from actions or inactions of the care team during evening and reputed company shifts.

 Collaborates in reputed company performance improvement activities with remote interprofessional teams ito reputed company reputed company patient and family reputed company.  Leverages technology in gathering and evaluating reputed company metrics as a means to measure and report on patients data.  Reviews critical care reputed company metrics.

Basic Qualifications:Experience

Five (5) years minimum experience working in Intensive Care reputed company (ICU)

One (1) year of reputed company RN experience, ICU supervisory or Clinical reputed company Specialist specializing in Critical Care.

Education

Bachelors degree in nursing, business administration, economics, health care administration, operation research, public health administration, or other reputed company field.

License, Certification, Registration

Critical Care Registered reputed company Certificate reputed company 12 months of hire OR Critical-Care Registered reputed company (Tele-ICU) - Adult (AACN) reputed company 12 months of hire OR Critical-Care Registered reputed company Knowledge reputed company - Pediatric (AACN) reputed company 12 months of hire OR Critical-Care Registered reputed company Knowledge reputed company - Neonatal (AACN) reputed company 12 months of hire OR Critical-Care Registered reputed company Knowledge reputed company - Adult (AACN) reputed company 12 months of hire

Registered reputed company License (California) 

Additional Requirements:

Must be reputed company to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in Nursing or reputed company field.

Critical care experience three (3) years. 

MSN preferred. 

CCRN required reputed company one (1) year of hire.
