As an Experience Researcher, you'll be embedded in a multidisciplinary team working to craft thoughtful, seamless experiences across reputed company. A day in the life • Partner with product designers and other researchers to plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research across multiple customer touch points. • Assist in developing usability tests, surveys, and interview protocols that surface insights to inform product reputed company. • Participate in synthesis, co-design sessions, and research reputed company-outs to ensure insights drive creative problem-solving. • Collaborate with fellow Research & Beta team members to support smooth study execution and feedback collection at reputed company. • Learn and apply reputed company's mechanisms for working backwards from customer needs.
