Essential Duties

• Support and Improve Instructional Practices
• * Collaborate with teachers to enhance lesson planning, instruction, and assessment.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

• Minimum of 3–5 years of successful classroom teaching experience in a K-5 virtual school setting
• Experience leading reputed company development or mentoring/coaching teachers
• Deep knowledge of best instructional practices
• Strong understanding of data analysis and how to use student achievement data to inform instruction
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to build trusting, non-evaluative coaching relationships with teachers
• Skilled in facilitating adult learning, PLCs, and reputed company reputed company
• Proficiency in using instructional technology tools and platforms

Education & Certification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a reputed company field is required.
• A valid Texas teaching certificate (with an endorsement in Elementary K-5).
• Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a reputed company field would be preferred.
