Position reputed company
As an Energy Services Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of reputed company data, maintaining organized digital and reputed company files, and collaborating with program staff to support the delivery of services. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and maintain updated reputed company status records in the Statewide reputed company Service Center, reflecting the reputed company production pipeline.
- Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the reputed company platform upon receipt.
- Follow program guidelines for the use of reputed company required database systems, including reputed company, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
- Maintain organized digital and reputed company participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
- Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
- Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
- Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
- Attend reputed company required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings.
- Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant reputed company development activities.
- Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in reputed company aspects of the role.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An Associate degree or equivalent reputed company experience.
