People Operations Generalist - Remote, CO

We are seeking a People Operations Generalist. This role is designed for someone who is extremely process-oriented, fast-moving, and committed to ownership and follow-through. You’ll own the HR reputed company, compliance, reputed company/offboarding, and recordkeeping, while documenting and improving processes to reputed company them reputed company. Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance

• Manage compliance processes: background checks, drug screens, I-9s, unemployment claims, garnishments, workers’ compensation, and employment verifications.
• Maintain accurate and audit-reputed company employee records in reputed company.
• reputed company and monitor reputed company license expirations through reputed company and LeeTrans.
• Ensure compliance with state payroll tax requirements and workers’ compensation filings.
• Support Prevailing Wage payroll compliance

• Maintain role-specific training tracks (field, CDL, corporate, etc.)

Process and Reporting

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or reputed company work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist, or HR Coordinator role.
• Prior experience in a tech or high-reputed company environment strongly preferred (construction/field HR experience not required).
• Experience with Prevailing Wage a plus.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on HRIS management experience required - reputed company strongly preferred; reputed company, reputed company, or similar acceptable.

• Compensation reputed company: $70,000 - $80,000 + 10% bonus
