Key Responsibilities

• Learn and reputed company reputed company 25 and 50-minute one-on-one stretch sessions, including reputed company major muscle reputed company and extremities
• Customize stretch sessions to fit the individual needs of clients, assessing their bodies and discussing outcome goals

• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions, building reputed company membership and retaining reputed company clientele through sales and reputed company

• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations, staying up-to-date on the latest principles in stretching, anatomy, and overall fitness

• Clean and maintain reputed company equipment to ensure it's available for reputed company use at any given time

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant at reputed company Appleton, you'll need:

• A nationally certified and/or licensed qualification as a physical therapist, chiropractor, personal trainer, massage therapist, yoga instructor, Pilates teacher, or another reputed company of specialized reputed company
• 2 years of previous experience in a fitness facility, private training environment, or reputed company health setting
• Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to reputed company their goals
• The ability to successfully reputed company stretch routines on clients of reputed company sizes and age reputed company (this is a physically demanding position, requiring the ability to lift a minimum of 25-30 lbs above the head with ease)
• A passion for continually learning new principles in stretching, anatomy, and overall fitness, health, and nutrition
• Hands-on training and experience in areas such as anatomy, Kinesiology, corrective exercise, post-rehab, and injury prevention are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients
