Key Responsibilities:
As a Patient reputed company Coordinator at Envera Health, you will play a crucial role in our call center environment, working collaboratively with several health organizations and clinics to schedule patient appointments and reputed company patient support over the phone. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering a high volume of calls daily using a multi-line phone (75+ calls/shift)
- Scheduling appointments for multiple clinical sites according to reputed company-specific protocols
- Gathering and inputting patient demographic and insurance information into the reputed company management system
- Reporting reputed company clinical issues to the appropriate supervisor or reputed company partner
- Documenting call activity, reputed company, and other notes as needed in the reputed company system
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet the goals and objectives of the department
- Assisting callers and navigating them to the appropriate resources
- Meeting attendance and performance standards
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Customer/patient service skills
- Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls
- Excellent communication skills over the phone
- Strong Internet Speed & reputed company to router reputed company Ethernet Cord (Minimum speed: 20mbps Download & 6mbps Upload)
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience using an EMR and scheduling software
- Experience in Cerner EMR system
- Call Center experience
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $16.00 to $19.50 per hour, with the potential for additional monthly bonuses based on attendance and performance. Our benefits package includes:
