As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, data entry, and patient enrollment services to our clients. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This is a full-time remote position, and you'll be required to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Essential level computer skills, including:

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State reputed company for Pharmacies or broadly perceived certification office
- Experience providing customer service to reputed company clients, including meeting reputed company standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
- Middle-of-the-road to advanced level keyboarding skills, including:

- Familiarity with Spanish and English
