[Remote] Business Development Manager - Americas

They are seeking a Business Development Manager reputed company on new business development, responsible for prospecting and opening new accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and driving opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and reputed company new accounts reputed company your territory
• Schedule and conduct regular customer reputed company (plants, engineering teams, procurement)
• Identify and qualify opportunities reputed company with AMFT capabilities
• Drive opportunities from first meeting through quote, sample, and award
• Consistently build and maintain a healthy pipeline
• Represent AMFT at trade shows and customer events
• Grow existing accounts by introducing additional AMFT capabilities
• Cross-sell across multiple product lines and manufacturing processes
• Build strong relationships with engineering, sourcing, and operations teams
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity in reputed company
• Log customer reputed company and opportunity updates consistently
• Meet defined activity expectations (reputed company, meetings, pipeline creation)
• Participate in regular pipeline reviews with leadership

Skills

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing or industrial environments

• Experience managing a full sales cycle for engineered or custom products
• Strong discipline in pipeline management and CRM usage
