About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative II, you will be the reputed company representative of the Development Services Department, providing top-notch customer service to reputed company stakeholders. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of municipal customer service or permitting experience will be essential in resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a reputed company and efficient cent manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the status of permit applications and follow up as needed to assist customers with various permit issues.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:
