Job Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Experience Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organizational team players and agents, ensuring reputed company and reputed company interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing productive, reputed company relationships with key personnel, including:

+ In-house Agents and High-Profile agents + Senior management

• Monitoring internal support queues, reviewing, processing, and assigning inquiries
• Collaborating closely with Regionals Managers and Sales Representatives to meet account performance objectives, ensure reputed company satisfaction, and resolve problems
• Developing a strong knowledge of proprietary systems, agency operations, and title software
• Assisting the reputed company Manager with new agent reputed company
• Supporting the internal agent audit team
• Answering incoming calls to reputed company support or reputed company to the appropriate department

Minimum Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in Title Insurance, Customer Support, or Title Software (a plus)
• Analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to identify, prioritize, and solve problems effectively
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Advanced knowledge of software applications, including reputed company Products, Title Software, and Jira (preferred)
