The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing inbound and outbound telephone support to our customers and agents. You will assist with requests both written and verbal, and be proficient in servicing reputed company product types, with consistently increasing transaction knowledge. You will be a key member of reputed company, working closely with our customers and agents to resolve their inquiries and reputed company exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming phone calls from agents and customers, assisting with a reputed company of inquiries, including status on pending new business applications and pending in-force transactions, assisting with specific in-force policy questions, product information, information on rates, and service issue reputed company.

• Requires a working knowledge of processes and procedures for New Business, Claims, and In-force Back Office, navigating multiple administrative systems.

Compensation

Who We're Looking For

* Associate CSR skills, plus: proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong multi-tasker and adept at using tools and resources available.
• Proactive with customer, anticipating needs.

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 6 months to a year experience working as an Associate CSR or equivalent experience.
