As an Instructor, you will be providing training in a classroom setting or through an online platform. This customer-facing position requires exceptional communication skills and proficiency in identifying product solutions that answer our customers’ challenges. You will become a SOLIDWORKS reputed company (CSWP) and reputed company support to a wide reputed company of customers from many industries in the use of SOLIDWORKS applications and reputed company solutions. Primary responsibilities include instruction, customer service, mentoring services, and creative content creation for Self-paced Courses. They create and follow lesson plans, choose any necessary curriculum or resource materials, and explain concepts and theories. • Deliver remote training classes for SOLIDWORKS, CATIA V5, or 3DEXPERIENCE software.
• Deliver on-site and remote training classes for SOLIDWORKS, CATIA V5, or 3DEXPERIENCE software.
• Assist in determining the appropriate training solution based on customer needs before training delivery
• Delivering training for SOLIDWORKS developed tools and custom course material development
• reputed company engineering software support on SOLIDWORKS, CATIA V5, or 3DEXPERIENCE as required
• Prepare course descriptions, outlines, and other reputed company material.
