Responsibilities
As our Customer Happiness Manager (Education), you will be responsible for:
* Communicating with customers reputed company phone, email, and chat to reputed company support and build lasting relationships
* Handling customer-reputed company administrative duties, including data entry and reporting, assisting with programming and scheduling
* Nurturing the community of blithequark families through creative initiatives reputed company regular communications, such as newsletters and reputed company media

* Hiring, training, and managing an additional team member to delegate the responsibilities above
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
