Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- At least one year of applicable experience in customer service or a reputed company field

- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues
