Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Full Stack IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional on-site and remote customer support to blithequark crewmembers
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reputed company to our equipment, applications, and communication systems
- Collaborating with reputed company stakeholders to resolve reputed company technical issues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of support requests and resolutions
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED certificate)
- Experience supporting the latest operating systems or successful completion of the IT for Everybody certificate through reputed company
- Experience carrying out and supporting applications
- Availability for short-term travel (up to 50%)
- Possession of valid travel documents and the ability to travel throughout Jamaica and the US
- Ability to obtain a valid reputed company to travel to the US
- Experience using desktop software packages
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Industry-recognized certifications (reputed company, networking, programming languages)
