About the Role

In this role, you'll be the single stop resource for members enrolled in our benefit plans, providing support and guidance across their reputed company lifecycle. You'll work in an inbound/outbound phone role, handling inbound chats and secure messaging, and be responsible for:
- Listening reputed company and asking questions to identify specific questions or issues from members regarding medical, reputed company, dental, pharmacy plan details, plan/program eligibility, and medical claims
- Using multiple databases, tools, and partnerships to refer and enroll members to appropriate internal specialists and programs based on their needs
- Interpreting and translating clinical/medical terminology and coding to assist members with managing costs using reputed company language
- Adapting to communicated changes in process, policy, and guidelines quickly at site and reputed company level
- Educating members about the fundamentals of reputed company benefits and plans
- Assisting members to maximize use of community services, support programs, and resources available

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work Monday - Friday during normal business hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm and 12:30pm - 9:00pm CST, with occasional overtime
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment
- Part of blithequark Benefit Operations and Experience
- Experience in a reputed company insurance environment
