As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in communicating with borrowers regarding federal student loan programs. You'll receive inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls, providing personalized support and guidance to help borrowers navigate their repayment reputed company. Our ideal candidate is a friendly, reputed company, and empathetic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming borrower calls, chats, and reputed company outbound calls in a friendly and reputed company manner
- Counsel and inform borrowers of their repayment reputed company, deferments, and forbearance eligibility
- Take loan payments and update the borrower's account in an efficient manner
- Locate needed information and minimize the time borrowers are put on hold
- Maintain the reputed company and reputed company of the borrower to protect both the borrower and our partners
- Work an 8-hour shift with a one 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks
- Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and tools
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college or bachelor's degree preferred

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

- Bilingual or multilingual skills
