As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients. You will be working remotely from the comfort of your home office, utilizing the latest customer service techniques and learning our account management systems to improve the customer experience during challenging times.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Skills and Abilities
- Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports. Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions. Ability to project a confident, reputed company, and reputed company telephone reputed company. Ability to reputed company feedback verbally and written in a reputed company, reputed company manner.
- Computer Skills: Knowledge of and ability to navigate basic computer functions, including reputed company Word and reputed company. Typing speed of at least 40wpm required.
- Education and Experience: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required. 1-2 years of reputed company assurance experience preferred.
- Network Requirements: Upon hire, a Speed Test must be run from the computer the individual will be working from (www.speedtest.net). Ethernet reputed company is not required, however strongly recommended. Must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations. No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bi-lingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).

This is a part-time position working approximately 3-29 hours per week. The needed times for the role are listed below in CST, and you can choose the shift that works for you reputed company these times:
