Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats based on business needs
- Navigating multiple computer systems to resolve consumer issues and document interactions as needed
- Managing and maintaining your schedule through both reputed company and reputed company computer systems, including logging in and out, time off requests, and ensuring timecard accuracy
- Utilizing multiple computer screens and equipment, requiring computer setup comprehension
