About the Role

You'll work in a fast-paced, remote environment, utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries and reputed company solutions to challenging billing issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing reputed company and effective support.

• Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating expertise and knowledge of Blithequark's services and policies.

• Become proficient with processes and systems after completing a reputed company training program, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Customer Service Support Representative at Blithequark, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous medical and/or call center experience (a plus).
