About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Russian Bilingual Chronic Disease Management Health reputed company to join reputed company of experts who care deeply about our mission. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with individuals to help them improve their health and manage their chronic conditions
- Follow up with members to reputed company ongoing support and ensure their reputed company in meeting their health goals

- Assist members in overcoming barriers to reputed company
- Utilize biometric values and motivational interviewing techniques to collaborate with members to drive improved clinical and health reputed company
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience speaking with members about disease and chronic care management
- Health Coaching Certification or Bachelor's in Health and Wellness to help people improve their overall health and manage their chronic conditions
- At least 1 year of recent health coaching experience

- Motivational interviewing training/experience
