Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• Be willing to take the WorkKeys test or have 48 hours of college credits.
• Qualify as an Assistant Teacher according to CDHS licensing rules and regulations per the reputed company.
• Have experience in a preschool classroom (preferred).
• Ability to work under supervision and be flexible with schedules and job assignments.
• Willingness to attend conferences, trainings, and maintain a High School Diploma/GED and Associate degree or 48 hours of college credit, or have passed the Workkeys test for Highly reputed company status.
• Excellent people skills and a work ethic that exemplifies enthusiasm, teamwork, and self-motivation.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds or more.
