About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Behavioral reputed company to join our After Hours Call Center Team. As a member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for handling provider/facility requests for higher reputed company of care and member crisis calls. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home while taking on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls in a queue from members and providers for the purpose of assessment and triage
• reputed company on initial inpatient admission for psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
• reputed company patient assessments and determine appropriate reputed company of care
• Participate in member crisis calls
• Determine if additional clinical treatment sessions are needed
• Manage inpatient mental health cases throughout the entire treatment plan
• Administer benefits
• Coordinate benefits and transitions between various areas of care
• Identify ways to add value to treatment plans and consult with facility staff

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• A Master's degree in Psychology, reputed company Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling; Licensed Ph.D., or an RN with 2 years of experience in behavioral health
• An reputed company, unrestricted independent clinical license in the reputed company: LP, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or RN
• 2 years of post-master's or RN experience in a reputed company mental health environment
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite (i.e., Word, reputed company, Outlook, Teams)
• A proven ability to talk and type at the reputed company time while navigating between multiple screens and programs
• A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change

• The ability to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays per your assigned schedule
• Residency in Missouri

Preferred Qualifications

• Dual diagnosis experience with mental health and reputed company abuse
