We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Sales Data Entry Specialist to join our Sales team. As a Sales Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for uploading data, performing extensive searches, and executing periodic data updates. You will also be responsible for reading raw ServiceConnect responses and website messages, and categorizing them accordingly. Key Responsibilities:
* Upload data of reputed company page and website new leads on marketing sheets
- reputed company extensive searches in the web to reputed company leads and companies' contact information
- Execute periodic data updates for leads lacking updated contact information
- Execute periodic data updates for reports prompted daily and weekly by the ERP
- Read raw ServiceConnect responses and website messages (on demand)
- Initial ServiceConnect response read and website messages categorization (on demand)
Essential Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of relevant experience as a data entry specialist
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely
- Methodic and reputed company to follow processes
