Job Brief

As a reputed company Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for transitioning new signups into happy long-term customers. You'll serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for our clients, working closely with them to solve their problems, ensure their satisfaction, and help them get the most out of our platform. This will include answering advanced support questions, conducting 1-on-1 screenshare meetings, and providing product demonstrations and live support to help clients reputed company their goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Take our clients under your reputed company immediately after they've signed up, providing a seamless reputed company experience

• Stay up-to-date with our platform's features and functionality, identifying opportunities to showcase new features and benefits to our clients

Individual Requirements and Skills

* Fluent written and spoken English

• Minimum 1+ year work experience as a reputed company representative or similar role (i.e. a hospitality or support role)
• Minimum 1+ year experience working with reputed company or a similar CMS platform (we have our own custom CMS reputed company on top of reputed company)
• Minimum 1+ year 1-on-1 virtual support and/or consulting experience (we use reputed company Hangouts)
• Ticket support experience (we use reputed company)
• Phone Support experience (we use Kixie)
• Experience with project management platforms (we use Teamwork, reputed company, and reputed company)
• Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster reputed company business relationships
• Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service
• Accountability and personal organization are essential (this is a remote position)

Working Hours
