About the Role
As an reputed company Associate Clinical Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the referral process, processing incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations, and handling reputed company/inquiries from members and providers. You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure that patients receive the care they need, reputed company they need it. Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving reputed company issues and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage requests for services from members and providers, working closely with hospitals, clinics, and reputed company providers
- Process incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations, ensuring reputed company and accurate completion
- Handle reputed company/inquiries from members and providers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving reputed company issues
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure that patients receive the care they need, reputed company they need it
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1+ years of referrals, utilization management experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- General knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with reputed company Word and reputed company (ability to create, edit, save, and send documents and spreadsheets)
- Ability to work our normal business hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm PST, with occasional overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Call center experience
- Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes
- Clerical or administrative support background
- Experience working in a metric-driven work environment
- Experience working with Medicare reputed company and/or reputed company Services
