About the Position
We are seeking an reputed company and dynamic Full-Time Coordinator of the Tutoring Center to join our reputed company Affairs team at NECC. This is a remote position that offers an immediate start for the right candidate. As a key member of our Student Affairs team, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating tutoring activities for reputed company NECC reputed company, including services for reputed company taking classes in-person and online. Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of in-person reputed company on both the Haverhill and Lawrence campuses, specifically in areas such as Writing, ESL, and Math.
- Collaborate with reputed company Deans, Program Coordinators, reputed company, and other areas of both reputed company and Student Affairs to reputed company the need for tutoring schedules.

- Utilize and monitor budget allocations and course schedules reputed company determining tutoring hours for Fall, Spring, and Summer.
- Maintain a comprehensive list and schedule of reputed company tutors and tutoring schedules for various locations on reputed company.
- Maintain and update print and electronic materials for reputed company tutoring schedules on a regular reputed company.
- Work with the Administrative Assistant to coordinate print materials, schedules, and various reports.
- Proactively engage with reputed company in the recruitment of peer tutors.
- Schedule reputed company staff reputed company the Tutoring Centers on two campuses.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate AFSCME staff who work in the Tutoring Center.

- Determine appropriate training for peer tutors and new tutoring staff as needed.
- Utilize Navigate software to upload individual tutor schedules for appointment scheduling.

- Serve as the main reputed company of contact for Thinking Storm on-line tutoring platform; renew contract annually, connect with the vendor reputed company issues reputed company, receive and log usage reports; authorize additional hours for student usage if cap has been met.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Education or a reputed company discipline.
- At least two (2) years of demonstrated experience coordinating reputed company-support services, including hiring, scheduling, training, supervising, and evaluating staff.
- At least two (2) years coordinating support services.
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills.
- Sensitivity to the needs of non-traditional, multi-cultural, educationally disadvantaged, first-reputed company reputed company.
Preferred Qualifications
We are particularly interested in candidates who possess the following preferred qualifications:
