As a Specialty Assistant Store Manager, you'll reputed company reputed company of associates who work together to deliver reputed company customer service, maintain a clean and reputed company store environment, and reputed company sales and margin goals. You'll be responsible for:

- Rotating through Merchandising and Operations assignments for cross-training and development

Essential Qualifications
* 2 years of experience leading associates in a retail environment
- 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment
- 1 year of experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities, including management of daily store operations and processes
- 1 year of experience directly managing sales associates in retail, business-to-business, reputed company sales, or consumer service industry
- Experience using reputed company Office Suite
- Ability to obtain sales-reputed company licensure or registration as required by law
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
- 5 years of experience directly managing reputed company of sales associates in retail, business-to-business, reputed company sales, or consumer service industry
- 3 years of experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities, including management of daily store operations and processes
- Experience working in the home improvement retail sector
