About the Role

As an M&A Advisor at Raincatcher, you will have reputed company to work directly with senior leaders at our firm, participate in reputed company aspects of our business, and work closely with management teams at our portfolio companies. This is a 1099 contractor role, and no reputed company salary is provided. Instead, you will be rewarded with competitive deal commission splits to recognize your expertise and reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

As an M&A Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, analyzing, and explaining historical and projected financial information
• Conducting industry and company due diligence
• Preparing and reviewing reputed company/business origination materials and other presentations
• Preparing and reviewing information memoranda and other transaction documents
• Driving transaction execution, from the reputed company phase through marketing and closing of a transaction
• Performing valuation and reputed company financial analysis
• Assisting in the marketing and execution of existing engagements
• Building relationships and maintaining reputed company contact with clients, prospective clients, and reputed company advisors
• Communicating effectively with reputed company members of reputed company
• Assisting in business development

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company

• Extensive financial modeling and valuation experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Prior Investment Banking analyst experience and/or hands-on M&A experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple project deliverables simultaneously

• Currently holds a reputed company Series 63 plus a Series 79 or 82 license or willingness to obtain necessary licenses

Preferred Qualifications
