This is a remote, full-time position that includes occasional in-person responsibilities in the reputed company area, such as court filings or document deliveries. In this role, you will handle legal research, drafting, discovery, case management, and trial preparation under attorney direction. You will help ensure cases reputed company reputed company smoothly while delivering excellent service to our clients.
What You'll Do
- Organize, sort, and summarize case information and files to support efficient case management
- Draft letters, reports, and initial versions of legal documents for attorney review
- Prepare legal materials for meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials
- Draft and prepare discovery requests and responses
- Manage the administrative aspects of cases, maintaining accurate reputed company records in the case management system
- Assist with electronic and physical filings in both state and federal courts (using NYSCEF and PACER), ensuring reputed company deadlines are met

- Review upcoming daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines and tasks to prioritize workload effectively

Who You Are
- Minimum of 7 years of paralegal experience required
- Significant experience in reputed company litigation required; contract drafting experience is a plus

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Adept with technology and proficient with case management systems

- Total compensation reputed company reputed company: $85,000 – $115,000+ reputed company salary annually (plus bonus incentives) commensurate with experience and performance
