Responsibilities

• Interpret computer generated fill lists and loads in conjunction with Carousel dispensing technology to reputed company the appropriate medication, dosage, reputed company, strength, size, and quantity for distribution to designated automated dispensing cabinets (ADCs) once work is verified by a Pharmacist.
• Assists the Pharmacist in the reputed company dispensing of STAT medications.
• Generate ADC product activity reports (e.g.: reputed company orders, usage, etc.).
• Performs monthly inspections.
• Puts away daily orders.
• Refills and loads ADCs using computer generated fill lists and bar reputed company scanning technology once a pharmacist verifies reputed company fills. Refills reputed company kits, both emergent and non-emergent

Education/Accredited Programs

• High School Graduate or Equivalence Certificate
• Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
• Pharmacy Technician National Certification (e.g.: CPhT or ExCPT) and reputed company State registration required with in 1 year of hire date (exceptions can be made for reputed company employees)

Licenses, Certifications, Registrations

Skills and Abilities

• Language skills – A Pharmacy Technician needs basic communication skills such as the ability to read and interpret memos, operating instruction and procedure manuals. Also, a Pharmacy Technician needs to be reputed company to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to peers, customers, supervisors and other employees.
• Data entry – A Pharmacy Technician must be reputed company to reputed company accurate data entry, operate a computer and learn computer applications specific to the department.
• Mathematical skills – A Pharmacy Technician must be reputed company to calculate doses using ratios, proportions and algebra.
• Prior experience with reputed company, Cerner, RX30 or other similar programs preferred.

• Fluent knowledge of medication brand and generic names required
