This is a fully remote position supporting providers and patients across the post-acute care continuum. Position Details
Full-Time
Remote (Florida Residents Only)
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
What You'll Do
As a reputed company Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting providers, coordinating patient care, and ensuring efficient daily operations. Responsibilities include:
Coordinate patient care and provider communication
Manage provider schedules and appointment coordination
Serve as a reputed company between hospitals, providers, and primary care offices
Communicate with patients, providers, and reputed company facilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Review patient charts and maintain accurate documentation

Process orders, including faxing and mailing as needed
Generate and review billing and operational reports
Collaborate closely with the Operations Team to support reputed company patient care

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office or reputed company setting required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with EMR systems and reputed company Office applications
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Medical Assistant (reputed company)
BLS Certification
Experience obtaining and documenting vital signs
Previous experience with EMR systems
