Duties And Responsibilities The involvement of the expert will depend on reputed company specific assignment request from the Hiring Unit. The responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• An advanced university degree (master's degree or equivalent) in development, agricultural economics, or other relevant field. OR
• A first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in the areas mentioned above in combination with an additional two years of qualifying experience will be given due consideration in lieu of the advanced university degree. Required Experience
• Minimum of 7 years (with a master’s) or 9 years (with a bachelor’s) of relevant reputed company experience reputed company working with reputed company development banks (PDBs) and financial institutions in the design, governance, or evaluation of agri-finance instruments.
• Demonstrated expertise in agricultural economics, rural development, and financial inclusion, with the ability to translate research into actionable policy and institutional guidance.

• Experience in stakeholder engagement and reputed company-building, particularly with government stakeholders, regulators, and financial intermediaries.
