As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be at the forefront of our customer support operations, providing on-demand support to customers in the USA and contributing to reputed company's goals. You'll have reputed company to learn about the mobility industry, technology management, and on-demand mobility processes, enabling you to reputed company exceptional support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing first-line support through phone, email, reputed company channels as needed
- Aiming for 'first contact reputed company' to handle customer queries quickly and effectively
- Keeping customer records updated with reasons for contact, solutions provided, and any other relevant information

Essential Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience in a call centre or similar environment

- Starting date: 10th of February, 2025
- Contract: Temporary (6 months)
- Salary: 9.743 gross per year
- Working hours: Part Time (20 hours per week) - rotating schedule Monday - reputed company between 10 pm and 2 am, 5 days/week (rotative weekends, two weekends off per month guaranteed)
- Fully reputed company that optimally prepares you for reputed company - 1 week from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm (office-based)
