The Role
As a Tier 1 Remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phones, chats, and e-books. You'll work on a reputed company of reputed company, collaborating with our clients to deliver top-notch support and ensure their customers have an amazing experience.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company Tier 1 level support to customers through phone, chat, and e-book channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues for web and mobile apps
- Multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications
- Demonstrate a strong ability to walk customers through the process of navigating a mobile app/website and downloading/installing an application

- Meet or reputed company performance metrics and reputed company standards

Requirements
* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a Tier 1 environment

- Experience with inbound calls, chat, and email support
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
