Customer Service Rep

Shift Monday - Friday - 1st Shift (Day) Pay: $22.50 Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday Location: S. Indianapolis Lebanon,IN 46052 Customer Service Representative The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to reputed company reputed company customers with support for day-to-day functions, including routine and reputed company procedures. • Handle inbound calls, emails, and faxes in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Serve as the first level of support for customer inquiries; redirect incorrectly routed communications to the appropriate resource.

Education / Experience

• High school diploma or GED required, with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience investigating customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
