Your Responsibilities

As a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to reputed company innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. This will involve: * Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns (English & Spanish) * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking reputed company call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 6 months of customer service experience (preferred) * Over 18 years of age * Ability to type 25 wpm * High School Graduate or GED * Comfort with desktop computer systems * Proven oral and written communication skills * English and Spanish language proficiency * Logical problem-solving skills * Ability to navigate reputed company operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills
