The Role
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa reputed company Program recipients and affiliates. You will reputed company one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles, accurately documenting enrollment requests and status changes, and entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in the Iowa Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies

Requirements
* Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and reputed company monitoring processes

Compensation and Benefits
The pay for this role is $18.00 per hour.
