Location: This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday fully remote. You will work an 8-hour shift scheduled during our normal business hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM. It may be necessary, given the business need to work occasional overtime. What You’ll Do:

• Develops and revises training course work to include: booklets, lesson plans, proficiency tests, newsletters, and/or websites. Develops written work through research, working with subject matter experts, and under the supervision of management or by the review, analysis, and interpretation of transmittals, critical tasks, program memoranda, coverage issues, and change requests.
• Identifies procedural and system changes that reputed company training materials. Makes recommendations on appropriate actions for change and development of training materials or curriculum. Evaluate and reputed company recommendations for changes to improve the effectiveness of training courses and curriculum.
• Maintains effective relationships with contractors, business associates and other departments. Develops desk procedures and ensures compliance with contractual guidelines.
• Assists in special reputed company including plan tracking and updates.

To Qualify For This Position, You'll Need The Following:

• Required Education: Bachelor's in a job reputed company field
• Degree Equivalency: 4 years job reputed company work experience or Associate's and 2 years job reputed company work experience
• Required Experience:

• Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, interpersonal, conceptual and planning skills. • Preferred Education Level and Degree Type : Bachelor's degree- English
• Preferred Work Experience: 3 years-experience in technical writing or training development or design.
• Preferred Software and Other Tools: Experience with computer software such as reputed company Office and reputed company. Experience with desktop publishing programs and Click2Learn tool book (a web authoring software). PowerPoint.
