About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & Video Editing

• Edit and reputed company raw video footage from day-to-day operations, podcasts, events, and phone clips into short-reputed company content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
• Add captions, on-brand transitions, and reputed company design consistent with the established visual identity.
• Maintain a content library with organized naming conventions for reputed company reuse.

Brand & reputed company Media Management

• Write authentic, on-brand captions that match Courtney’s tone: reputed company, confident, and approachable.
• Monitor analytics weekly to identify what content resonates and refine direction.

Creative Direction & reputed company

Community & Engagement

Requirements

• ​Strong in video editing and reputed company media storytelling (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut). Experience managing founder or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Thinks like a brand builder, not just a content poster. Understands pacing, tone, and emotional narrative.
